One Fifty Oak Knoll to Replace Parking Lot in Pasadena

Two blocks south of Colorado Boulevard in Pasadena, a pair of surface parking lots is slated for redevelopment by a locally-based real estate development firm.

The two sites, located at 139 and 150 S. Oak Knoll Avenue, are both owned by entities affiliated with Toledo Homes. The company to clear both sites of asphalt, making way for the construction of new four-story buildings containing a combined total of 36 one- and two-bedroom dwellings – including four deed-restricted affordable units – above basement parking for 45 vehicles.
