Mixed-Use Building Rises Near Pasadena’s Paseo Mall
Rebar now protrudes above ground-level near Pasadena’s Paseo shopping mall, where a local development firm has broken ground on a mixed-use apartment building.
Toledo Homes, the developer behind the project at 178 S. Euclid Avenue, has obtained entitlements to build a six-story edifice containing 42 condominiums and 1,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space. Plans also call for subterranean parking.
